Can Anyone Help Me Understand How This JS functions?

I am new to coding...and I want to give all my heart and work day in and day out to come out as a well furnished programmer. So I am really in need of a great help and support of those who are interested in getting me introduce to the world of coding.

So just to clarify, you're going to give it your all, day and night, and instead of going directly to the courses to learn, you came here to ask us to teach you? :)

Not to sound like a s***head, but I am trying to make a valid point to you. Point is that you should spend less time right now being distracted and more time being focused on your studies. If you don't have the discipline to stay focused on your studies, programming is going to turn into a complete nightmare for you. However, if you focus, go through the courses, and start practicing, but then run into problems, PLEASE come and ask us for help (don't forget to post your code). We'll gladly help you along the way so that you're able to progress.
