hey I've been looking for the answer for ages I wanna know how can I host my website on my own pc is it worth it?
I'd like to know everything about web hosting.

If you want host web on your own pc you can install software like xamp or wamp

it's great if you can find an internet service provider that allows incoming ports configuration and you can afford run your computer 24/7 as it will act as your website server. The rest in setting up and configuring the server side on your computer is easy.
