IoT: C/C++, microcontrollers (Arduino, AVR, STM, etc.) and their assemblers, Linux, driver programming, possibly web stuff

AI: Python, data structures, algorithms, actually AI (AI itself is very deep subject)

Big Data — Database design, Python, C++, actual Big Data, which is a broad topic.

These topics have almost nothing in common, and all of them are very broad and complex. Also you've forgot one more trending discipline — Machine Learning ;)
