Curly brackets etc. easily available?

As you're going through courses, the symbols {, }, <, > and others are frequently used. They require multiple, sequenced taps on a multitude of devices.

I'd like to see at least these four symbols more easily accessible when typing answers. Perhaps a fixed bar on the right, that always pops up when the answer requires typing?

Always, so that it would not hint their usage in anwering.

Samsung Xcover3 on Android 5.1.1.

I get the programming characters above the regular keypad too when in Code Playground, but not when answering tutorial questions.

What phone are you using? I'm on Galaxy S5 and get a sliding bar above the keyboard for easy access to common programming characters.
