hey ... you should download a software like Code blocks or Microsoft Visual Studio for free.
These software provide also the compiler.
I think you'll have to download the interpreter if you want it. Anyway you don't need an interpreter if you have a compiler, for now.
ps: compilers and interpreters are like normal programs... you have to download them and they aren't in your computer.
