Robots?

I've heard of python, C, C++, etc. What's the most used language when programming robot's and/or IA? Why?

If you're working with the hardware then i would say C/C++. If you're talking about AI then take a look at LISP. I haven't heard of Python in robotic but then again it is a popular language nowadays.
