infinate loop it means that loop will never stop and some times browser will stop working

that is forever it doesn't mean a bug but it can sometimes make a bug if you use it wrong. I am not sure I am just using what I learned in code . org.

Depending on it's usage it could be a nuisance, but in some situations you may need an infinite loop for maybe detecting something in a game.
