If you want to build a android app you must finish java tutorial on learn Java app and download some good books from online. If you finish this tutorial you can use Enki app to enlarge your java skill and you have to use android studio by google. more info: dev.google.com

If you want to make a web application, as I see you tagged PHP and HTML, I recommend the following courses in the following order:

HTML Fundamentals
CSS Fundamentals
PHP
JavaScript
and SQL fundamentals if your application is going to manage databases.
