Review challenge questions after match over !!

we need to review questions to correct our mistakes

This is crucial to do, especially if you would like to report a wrong quiz question. I happen to encounter one in Python over and over and can't quite get rid of it. It's a question on what will be the output of certain transformation done to the list's elements. The "correct" answer contains elements which are not even there in this list! :(

and also there are similar choices that may be normal line split or specific split when working with regex expression
that is easy to mistake
