can you? i don't think you can program.
because you need to program.
means read, write codes daily.

like your title says. logic, problem solving are skills. just like learning to play any musical instrument.

you may be bad at the start. but if you do it daily on repeat, experimenting different things.
(read:- create, solve new problems with code)

things will improve.
the key is being being persistent, working hard such that you improve a little bit daily.

by the time you realize it you will have improved significantly.

make your goal your no1. priority. remind yourself daily you want to improve your coding skills.

tell about your goal to strangers, friends, family. the embarrassment of failure after this will be huge for you to give.
