What dos and don'ts for technical interview as per your experience?

Be honest. Explain what you do know and what you don't. Trying to pretend more knowledge than you have will lose you the job. They expect a huge learning curve, if they are talking to you. With 19 years experience, I still had a learning curve with new development methods and code in same language. It is part of the process of anyone new.
