So hypothetically i know html css and javascript. What now, what do i do when i master all 3? Create portfolio? How to get job?

Practice. A lot. You should be able to talk about your previous projects on the interview.
Also learn more stuff. If you're interested in frontend, you may find useful to learn some JavaScript frameworks, UI/UX stuff, desing stuff, maybe general computer science subjects like programming patterns, algorithms and data structures.
