Russian speaking is missing completely! Why?

Explain why you can not communicate in Russian? There are a lot of Russian-speaking users here, but they are not in discussions, because not everyone knows English. And where in general can you read the rules about what is possible here, and what is not allowed?

А чем тогда объяснить удаление моего первого поста с таким же содержанием, но на русском языке? Правда удалили не сразу, дали прочитать ответ, что только английский язык. На английском же.

Se formos pensarmos deste modo, existem centenas de pessoas que falam diversas línguas diferentes aqui no SoloLearn, nem por isso elas saem falando no seu próprio idioma, e a Rússia não é melhor que nenhum outro país, então por convenção, o mundo todo se comunica em inglês.
