Can an Artificial Intelligence go to the extent that they can make their own language or another AI?

Question

If we humans can program a machine to learn by its own, is it possible that they can also make their own language, or another AI made by them?

I have read an article about it, but what about your personal thoughts about it?

Just can't sleep thinking about this and potatoes. lol.

If we can completely (100%) replicate human intelligence (which is less probable), an AI can create it's own language.

It already created once @Krishna sir. It was talking to other one so it was closed as it became out of control.
