I wanna build multi platform mobile apps using html, css and javascript without need of mastery in additional languages. Can I be guided through please?

Research about frameworks that support html5,css3 and JavaScript. I would add jQuery to your knowledge, since it’s a framework and just a add-on library to JavaScript.
