Implementation of App Like SoloLearn For MNC IT proprietary programming language

Can't we have in our MNC's programming language (e.g. DUP,Erlang,RPG etc) having a app like SoloLearn where internal users /new joiner can get suitable foundation to do learn the language while they are on bench and waiting for real life project in most convenient and easy to access features.
Also having internal code playground,community for discussion and knowledge sharing inside a single app which they can access from system or even from there mobile device using existing internal MNC user authenticati

well already MNCs moved towards providing solutions compatible with cloud and started working towards software as a service(SaaS).They are molding there legacy software to become cloud friendly pre integrated softwares so that it can be cost effective and more customer centric.Soon they should launch educational app for there programming languages software like sololearn which can be provided for cross functional training and as a quick learning tools for GETs and easily deployable to the projects.
