No downvoting on codes without comment/explanation

Question

I keep geting downvotes on my codes, without knowing why. I would appreciate at least knowing what the people don't like about my codes.
Also, I think that comment sections should be added for each code. That would allow telling your opinion about the code, and maybe also share improvement suggestions.

Perfectly it would be like in the play store, peoplr can rate your code with stars from 1 to 5 instead thumb up or down, as that gives more possibilities for the rating - with a comment. Like play store.

Indeed, downvoting should have some feedback. Even some predetermined suggestions(e.g. slow code, badly documented, not easily-readable etc.)

every fall taught us to win better.give ur more valuable and important code.once you will surely get upvote.bad condition at beginning makes person too stronger.
