Why is there so much left out of HTML tutorial?

I've completed the HTML tutorial and when challenging others, I get question related to stuff that was not covered in the tutorial.

W3Schools is a good website for learning HTML

There is much more to learn about HTML than is represented in the HTML course. Sololearn will teach you the fundamentals. You can research and learn more through videos, tutorials and books.

JavaScript is next on my list and a huge chunk of it is provided here. It'd help if SoloLearn offered the rest of HTML. Especially since like in my case, you go to challenge someone and get something you didn't learn in the tutorial.
