I still dont see why i have to learn almost all the programming language. Shudnt i jst stick to Java, C++,py and Javascript ?

It's really up to you. Choose a language(s) you enjoy the most and get better in it/them. you don't have to learn almost all of them

Also, you don't want to spread yourself too thin. Studying too many different languages could prevent you from studying any one of them in more depth.
