If you are here just for game devving learn how to use a game engine unity, unreal, or for simple games use game maker. these use some programming but the have a nice ui if you want to program games from scratch (not for begginers) us open gl, direct x, or if you feel old school use graphics.h in c++ look these up for more information. :)
