there is no "best" language

python is very good for AI, it offers you a lot of amazing libraries, it's quite simple and still pretty fast

standard languages like c++/c will obviously work as well

Python,R,C++,Scala etc but i agree with Kamil, there is no 'best' language for AI..all depends on what you are trying to achieve and what kind of algorithms you are trying to implement
