Why can't you make a game with JavaScript or any other code that isn't meant to be used to make video games

any language can make games, even just HTML can. some languages are better at it than others.

JavaScript I'd say is a good choice for game dev due to being able to make a browser game, and unity engine supporting their own version of it.
