XML is like HTML, but extensive. If you code in HTML, you can only use tags which are predefined in the HTML standard. XML lets you define your own tags and document structure. CSS is used to style the elements which you have written using the markup language. It is responsible for the layout, and visual effects. XML and CSS are used for different purposes.

Hey mate !!! ^~^ Xml or eXtensible Markup Language is a meta-markup language that means it is used to create other languages.Xml was developed in oreder to remove some of the difficulties associated with HTML.The main problem associated with HTML is that it does bot define the structure of the document. HTML is designed to display data but xml is basically designed to store , carry and exchange data. Both CSS and XML are not same as CSS is used for styling the webpages along with HTML but XML is used to create your own language with your own tags and attributes. Regards ♢♢♢♢ |
