i think u mean easier and faster to learn , i think its swift , but it just learning the syntax , doesn't mean u know the language , it'll take more time to learn the language if u r interested in ios and apple ,sql is also good to start , php is not good for a beginner to start with

php is connected with sql, so u can try to learn php first and then sql is going to be easy for u
