extracting html elements then injecting it onto the webpage

Question

i need to:

- take a youtube video link
- extract the video (cant embed it, has to be put in my website without embeds)
- put the video in a <video element>

i can use server side stuff but will need instructions

please help asap (it is ok if you cant though)
