www.freenom.com for domain it has a short name (example.tk) and 000webhost.com for hosting, forward your freenom name servers to NS01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com (only those) then go to 000webhost.com and click change domain and type in your freenom domain.

hi.. I'd recommend freehosting.com / googiehosting.com

I have tried both (with some premium add-ons such as additional email ID and SSL protection, which cost about 10 USD. premium add-ons are life-time valid.). Experienced minor load issues with freehosting.com, while it was perfect 99% uptime with googiehosting.com.

*correction: Googiehosting has some server uptime problems these days.
