I dont understand what does // means plse help

// indicates the floor division...
For normal 5/2 the answer will be 2.5
But when you do floor division, the quotient is obtained in int form i.e 5//2 will be 2 ( digits after decimal are neglected)
It returns the lowest int of the quotient
