I am beginner at programming and don't know if android developing is better or web developing

Bro, since you are not sure I would suggest do a market analysis as both have vast scope! Then sure you try out both and make sure which one stick with you. It would hardly take one & then focus on one. No one can be both. That's a myth!! Sure you can learn both the technologies but you can't just develop product to the extent you could if you had just focus on one!

I'm learning web development and can tell you all about it, if you're interested. Sure enough, you can find other Android Developers to discuss its pros & cons. Try out 2 field but don't pursue both!

Web developers will say Web Developing, and Android Developers will say Android Developing.

The truth is, I will not download an app from a shitty website, and will not use a shitty app downloaded from a nice website. Learn both, if you can. Otherwise, get a coin. Heads for Web, Tails for Android. Toss it. There you go...
