Become web designer

Question

hey everybody, I wanted to know if I can work as a web designer with only 3 months of Intensive class and then gain experience at work as novice? for example if I know all the fundamentals of HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT CSS3, HTML5 can I find a job as web designer and evolve there??? or does I have to study languages for years before I can work as web designer??

I ask because here in France there is 3Wacademy where you have a 3 months class to become a web designer as they say but I don't know if it is really possible that's why I asking.
