Where,how to find a junior IT job?

Maybe is not the best question here but i would like to work to get some experience to learn in the same time. I know C++,Html ,PHP,Css. Ideas? Experience? Thank you

build something (don't have to be very big or good) to show that you can code, like a website or a game or a mobile app or whatever you're interested in .
and then start applying for jobs on sites like dice , indeed or glass door, or even stack overflow , code pen email list.
but before you do that build something . and be specific on what you want to do , focus on one thing and go fully in .

Thanks for answer. Another problem even if i have few ideas,projects i don't know how to start them. I would like to do an application in c++, but i don't have idea how to start
