Its simple

1. Download XAMPP From web
2.Install it, run
3.Start Apache and MySQL(if needed)
4.Go to C:\xampp\htdocs
5.Delete the files in the htdocs directory
6.Code PHP and save it on the C:\xampp\htdocs directory
7.Open localhost on Browser
8.Done !!!
