As Joae said, they can social engineer your friends to install malware, but they can also obtain your address, phone number, and other personal details that could lead to identity theft as a worst case scenario. Another thing that could happen is if you post you're out of town and they have access to your address, you could get robbed. Never post when you're going out of town.
