How Can I Upload My Website?

i know that many other websites do this & there is program with name "FTP" but i don't know steps or what to do?!

First you have to rent a webspace, commonly together with a (sub)domain. Afterwards you can upload your website by using FTP which btw is not a program. It's a protocol used e.g. by Filezila to upload files on a server.
Install your Ftp client on your device. Connect it to your Web space and upload your files

Update: You may have to configure your webspace for delivering your html file when requesting your webspace via HTTP.

You are welcome. By the way, if you really want to create an own website, I would recommend using CMS systems. You can vary the look of your website by lots of templates and further, yiu can customise them. Another advantage is that you can simply add new pages, just by creating new content pages. The layout and design gets assigned automatically.
