Which program l can used in analysis data?

l need help......
well, l am starting to learn data analysis . If u have a background about data analysis , l just wanna tell me which programs or any book do u prefer it to learn inside it basic way, wherever. Also from point of view, the best way to learn anything is by knowing news , so could u tell me any website ?

yeah,
l mean l can use SQL or another program.
however l am being start learning l wanna books l can learn by it 👏😀

What do you mean analysis data ? statistics ?
R programming or Eviews

I think your best bet would be either Python or the R language.
