In which row should I learn the programming languages?

I have already learnt html and I am learning css. I think that when I finish it I will start javascript because I heard that it is very important. Which languages should I learn next?

hmtl+css+javascript are basic things you need to know to make web pages, for websites or applications. but all they will do is just an interface - a frontend. this is good only for simple websites.
if you want to go deeper into web development, you will need to learn some advanced things about this 3 languages and also learn how to make a backend - server-side applications. you can use python, php or JavaScript for this, and work with appropriate framework (django for python, node.js for JavaScript, lots of them for php).
other languages are good for other purposes, you can search web for more info, a language choice depends on what you want to make.

java , because html , css or javasc, are same, u need alwys tag, but i recommend u either java or c.
