After coding which program should one use to design the program and make it real ?

If you are on the computer click on the courses tab at the top of the screen and go to Python 3 and scroll down to near the bottom of the course. On mobile click on the icon at the far left of the screen that looks like a cube with a roof.(mortarboard, graduation cap)
