How can i get Source Code of Any Android Game?

Hi Friends, for sometime now I have been making research on how to create Cool Android Game like 8ball pool game, that's exactly what brought me to SoloLearn. I wished there could be some stuff added to the game which made me contact the game developer but it seems to be that they ain't really interested in the idea so I kept on looking for other means to get my idea working, Actually my idea is if there could be a way to publish game outcome to my website or forum also create a hostlink for players 2join.

I am pretty sure it can be done with apktool on Linux also, but I haven't tried with mine.
