I want to know when I will be able to write my own full code or a functioning program... sometimes I think it's impossible for me to write a program and I just will study and study and study without being able to write a full functioning program.

depends on how complicated your goals are. set a goal for something simple. web scraper, email client, etc. you should be able to find examples online. once it works, add thing in like a dictionary or maybe sqlite3.
