Just why do you learn science? To know how things work, right. In the same way programming helps you to know what's going on behind the scenes.

Cause in the modern world almost everything needs some programming or all of them, the top companies and rich people today earn money by computers, the demand for programming jobs are higher and increasing than ever. Maybe in some cases knowing how to code can add some points to your grades and who doesn't want to create little virtual simulations and worlds?
