3 applications with one platform

Question

As every one know we use java or kotlin for android application and objective c for ios application. We are actually creating two different applications(although same) but different platforms and cost effective and manpower
Here comes an easy platform developed by microsoft XAMARIN which is having a single business logic written in c# and the UI can be designed accordingly...very beautiful way of creating an effortless cross platform mobile application..
