How would make another question appear in System.out.println after you get the first question right. Read description

I'm making a minigame, for fun and to challenge myself on coding. The game is called Color Choice Maker, the objective is to generate a random number within the 10 lives or attempts you have that corresponds with the color. For example int red = 3, it keeps generating numbers until 3 is hit but you only have 10 attempts to do so. Then my question was, how do I mane the next question appear to the user right after he gets it right? My code is unfinished; I have alot of work to do. I want to do it by myself
