Html in Mac

Question

In Mac, After making plain text, I can’t come back to the html code for editing When it changed to plain text !!!
So I can’t add <title>
What should I do now?

I found it

In Mac
For using TextEdit
Open TextEdit , go to the preferences, go to the open and save, select “Display HTML file as HTML code instead of formatted text “

Download a text editor like atom or sublime text. I use Atom on my mac and it's great.
