Is my BMI Form app opening a browser for anyone else?

Question

For whatever reason, when I press submit on it, it opens up Chrome (I use Sololearn on my phone). Could someone else try it and see if it happens to you too?

My response is pretty late but thanks. Just now figured out how to fix it (figured it was something related to action). I just added "action='?'" and now it won't redirect.
