Is it possible to develop a ios app in windows os with swift language.

Question

one day ago i started swift programming language...however i found there was written that "to develop a ios app i must need a mac computer " .but i have windows 10 computer..so i am asking ...is it possible to develop an ios app on windows os?
i know that i can make ios game and app using JavaScript ...c++...c# on third party software and game engines ...but i want to know if i can use swift in windows is to develop games or apps directly

Short answer: no.
Long one : kinda.
You CAN run a VM, or try to find some cloud service for it but strictly speaking Swift/iOS in windows is a no go.
You could make cross platform apps using Xamarin or even Unity if you so desire, but then you will mostly use C#.

Don’t make iOS apps,you need to pay 99$ per year to just post an app.
