Help trying to build something like a finicial website

guys I'm trying to build a website were by users can register and purchase coins or credit. after paying with PayPal they get the amount that they bought displaying on their profile and when they use from it. it display the reduced balance .I hope someone understand what I mean any help would be appreciated
