If you designed a web application, which you would use? Python, JavaScript, Php, Java Servlets ... and why?

It most depends on what i have to do, generally talking i would use:

PHP, i already use this language to develop WP themes so i don't have to learn something different, it has a good docs and a strong community too.

JS for the front-end.

i don't have experience with web designing but from my general knowledge i would choose Python, PHP and Javascript. They are considered to be the best at designing this kind of programs.

Php and JavaScript for front end. Check out laravel.com it is a php framework that has the frontend broken out for you with vueJs pre compiled and loaded for you. If you don’t like vueJs you can tell it to kid react or nothing as the frontend framework
