@Robin
You're more than welcome!
That's perfect that your brother has a computer that you can use in the meantime for this. That'll work out great while you're learning and practicing over the year, and then as you said, you'll have a good laptop at the end of the year to further your progression with.
Post up again in November and i'll help you do some research on current laptops if you want. I've used a Predator and Omen, and they're both really nice. ASUS also makes a lot of good laptops. I use to own a ROG from ASUS and had nothing but good experience with it.
Best of luck to you on everything you're doing! It's all really fun.
Btw, do you already have one of the VR systems? Vive Pro is coming out soon (next couple months). Nearly 80% increase in resolution for the Vive, among other improvements.

Neither of those laptops are VR ready, so I wouldn't get either of them. The gfx cards on both are really bad.
What type of budget are you working with? I actually just bought a laptop recently for the exact same purposes, so I have a lot of research/prices already mapped out to help you.
If you let me know how much money you're working with, I'll happily go track down a system that works for what you're wanting and falls within price range (if possible).

@Robin
Considering what you want to do, and the current budget, I would highly recommend waiting until November and get a laptop that can accomplish this task and one you won't have to replace for many years to come.
That's the best option as of right now.
Btw, that's pretty awesome you're getting into VR. Are you planning to focus on a specific system or just in general? I'm more experience with the HTC Vive than anything else, but the most of the Vive stuff easily translates to the Rift. I specialize in Unity for all of it.

Do you have the means to wait a little longer and save a little bit more money?
The reality is that if you're going to focus on game development, especially Virtual Reality, then you're going to need a graphics card that is able to handle such a task. In that price range, especially for a laptop, you simply won't get the type of gfx card you need for that.
In regards to the other things you're wanting to do though, you can get away with having a lesser graphics card, but VR isn't as forgiving. You should be fine in regard to anything 2D, as its not as graphically intense. Hit & miss for 3D, depending upon quality of the graphics and other such factors.
Also, for the CPU, I wouldn't go with anything lesser than the i5, but i7 is ideal at the moment.
I'll still poke around and see if I can find something for ya.

I have created some 2D games in Unity and created some android apps. But I am newbie to VR its my future goal I am moving to college so I can't use my home desktop as well which is my self built i7 gaming pc. I will buy VR device soon along with a Virtual Reality Course from Udemy, Cousera or any other Site.

Very cool! That's a good goal to have. Within the next 5-10 years VR/AR will be as commonplace as smartphones currently are. Technology of the world is about to change into the next era soon, so you'll certainly be prepared for it.
Can you take the desktop with you to college? Sure, you can't use it in class, but you could use it when in your dorm/room.
When you buy the VR device, I'd recommend going with the Vive Pro. However, if money is an issue, the Rift is very capable and only about $400.
