not netbeans. android studio is better

well, i at outside right, but check tools->sdk manager. and play arround with that if you want, you can use your phone instead. (just remembering) select debug->run on android device. you should plug in your phone with usb cable, install driver for your phone, and turn on debugging mode on your phone. little adventure, but its my favorite way to test my app

wow, i will not write it. sorry. you need to learn it. tips for dictionary apps: use array. or i dont know what its called in java, but in c++ there is a data structure called "map". its also called dictionary in python. use that will be better :v
