i want to test if it is possible to automate by scanning other website and recreate it in my page

I don't think there is a way to automate that process. But as @maxcookmax said, you can inspect the code on the page and see how they did it. In the same way if you notice that they use a CSS framework you can check the framework documentation and very possibly you will find how to use that component in other ways.
