what do you need to work in a company?

Hello all , I am following a WhatsApp group which was created by some sololearn members and they asked me about my job , and I thought it is a good idea to share it here for all members, to know what you need to be ready for a teamwork. My answer was : I am working with a German company to create , develop , and support websites. we are 11 people , 6 programmers (4 PHP , 2 CSS and JS) , 3 designers , project manager , and the chief. I started like a practical because the company depends on Zend Framework and I was familiar only with PHP , but NOW I do all my codes by Zend Framework. I have studied mathematics and as it is known in this part of studies you should have programming courses such as Turbo Pascal , C++ , and Java. I liked the programming courses so I wanted to learn more which are far away from math , and I found PHP and HTML. I learned them by myself then started creating websites as a job under self-employed, but here in Germany it is so difficult to be self-employed, all people are in companies. Indian programmers in Munich are the most percentage who are working as a self-employed. I think if you are looking to work in a company or with a team , you should start learning GIT from NOW, it helps me a lot and there is no teamwork without GIT. I wish that sololearn would add GIT course as soon as possible. I will ask my chief if I can make a video to speak up more about the programming companies. On another side , I want to give for free all the courses that I have but I need the advice to know the procedures , CLOUDS or direct website links ??? why : because it is dangerous here in Germany to publish or give something has a copyright. Sololearn was a great idea to refresh yourself and play with codes while you're on the way by the trains or waiting time to learn the basics of other program languages. With Best Wishes Your classmate : Muhammad
